Sellers Policy

By listing a product on our marketplace, you have agreed with our policies.

Shipping is the most important aspect of ecommerce and we have created sets of rules to protect the buyers and sellers. The rules covers item description, your terms and conditions, shipping and handling charges, delivery times, communication, returns, and photos.  The rules are as follows;

1. Listing policies:

a. Descriptions:

All sellers must appropriately describe the item(s) he or she is selling. If the seller is providing any kind of service, please clearly describe it. We are committed in providing an excellent user's experience. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the product(s) you listed.You are responsible for the product(s) price(s) and picture (If possible, a multiple dimension of the item). Zurey will not be responsible for any of your error(s).You are responsible for the accurate spelling of your listing so it can be searchable by keywords or queries. Please note that your listing may not be immediately searchable in some instances. Zurey cannot guarantee the time frame.

b. Conditions:

All sellers are required to explain the item(s) conditions (New, Used or Refurbished). You are responsible in updating the product(s) inventory

c. Location.

All sellers must let the buyer(s) know the true location of the Item(s) been sold. This helps the buyer(s) to have an idea of how much the shipping may cost and how long it may take for the item to arrive. Having an inaccurate location of the item(s) can cause confusion and lead to a poor experience for your buyer(s).

d. What cannot be listed on Zurey Marketplace:

Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons, Tobacco Products, Unsafe Supplements, Illegal Prescription, or Recreational Drugs, Alcohol, Real Money Gambling, Adult Products and Services, Real or Virtual or Fake Currency, and Human Parts or Animals,

4. Seller's Terms, Shipping, Return and Refund:

a. Sellers must describe their terms and conditions, shipping cost, delivery time, return policy, and communication method.

The Seller(s) are responsible for listing your return policies, shipping cost (unless otherwise specified), expected time of shipment. If a buyer did not receive the product as promised, the seller will either resend product or refund the buyer fully. You are responsible in making sure the product(s) delivered is as described. You are responsible in listing reasonable shipping and product cost to be competitive with other sellers. You are responsible for your professionalism when responding to customers; remember "customers are always right". Please always respond to your customers promptly. We will not tolerate any unprofessional behavior.All returns must be initiated through Zurey and the seller must provide their return instructions. Any returned product(s) due to listing errors, damaged on arrival, arriving very late (not date specified), the seller will provide a pre-paid shipping label or otherwise reimbursed the customer for the shipping cost. But if the customer is returning the product(s) for any other reason, the customer will pay for the return cost.Seller will only receive a returned item in a new and unused condition within a reasonable specified period. In any case where the seller cancels your order for any reason, the seller must provide you with a full refund within 5 to 10 business days. The seller must also provide reasons why your order was cancelled within 3 Business days.

b. Sellers are responsible for all shipment of the goods and services they rendered. 

c. Seller must be very clear about the terms of the transaction and also include information about the forms of payment be or she accept, any taxes or other applicable fees, shipping and handling, and your return policy. When you are honest about your terms, it helps build trust and provides a positive an excellent buying experience for your customer(s).

d. All sellers must state clearly whether he or she accepts returns or not. You don't have to accept returns, but we highly recommend you do, it might help you attract more buyer(s). If you happen to accept returns, make sure to clearly specify the conditions required. State clearly in your returns policy that you only accept returns if it meets certain conditions, the item is unused and still in the original package, or unopened. You also need to specify the time period of when you accept returns, who pays for the return postage, and how the refund is issued.

5. Disputes:

Zurey has a strong belief that everybody is honest and genuine, but in a case where both criteria are broken, we have the following policies;We encourage you, the seller to try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (within 8 business days) in a professional manner. Please try to use our Messenger platform when trying to reach a resolution, in that way, we have a communication trail. In case the issue is not resolved within the specified time, the buyer or seller should escalate it Zurey, and we will use all prior communications and set policies in making final decision.

5.Conclusion:

Zurey have the right to refund a buyer after we do a thorough investigation. We will check if the seller misled the buyer by posting incorrect picture, description, condition and if the seller shipped item(s) as specified in the description. It is the seller's responsibility to add a tracking number for the buyer(s) to know when the item(s) is arriving. If the shipment will be delayed for any reason, please notify the buyer as soon as possible. Also, the seller must  state how long it will take for the buyer to receive the shipment.
